September Newsletter

Welcome to September!

We are excited to kick off fall with all of you! Learning is in full swing, and our little ones are already diving into new activities and routines. Here's everything you need to know for September:

Friendly Reminder: Label Your Child's Items

To avoid any mix-ups and ensure that each child's belongings are returned to the right person, please label all items with your child's name. This includes clothing, water bottles, lunch containers, and any other personal belongings. Thank you for your cooperation!

Meal and Snack Program Update

Our fully operational kitchen has been a wonderful addition! We've noticed that our little ones are eating more and are excited to try new foods. You can view our monthly breakfast and lunch menus Lunch Menu

If your child has any food allergies, please bring your doctor’s note to the office so we can provide suitable alternatives. Breakfast and lunch are provided free of charge for all toddlers and Pre-K students.

If you've signed up for our snack program, please remember to bring your assigned snack on your scheduled day. Fresh fruit is always a great option and a healthy choice for our kids!

Staff Updates: Welcome Monique!

We are thrilled to welcome Monique Fredriksz to our team! Monique will be joining our team as a floater and librarian. She brings a wealth of experience and a passion for working with children. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome when you see her around the school!

PAC Meeting

The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a group of parents who meet with the principal via Zoom once a month to discuss topics related to our programming, school activities, and more. In our first PAC meeting, we will focus on how we address developmental concerns at our school and explore ways you can support and advocate for your child. I will also be answering any questions you may have regarding classroom placement and curriculum.

Homecoming Parade

Every year, our school takes part in the district's homecoming parade, and this year, our youngest students will have the chance to join the float with the senior class of 2025! Participation is voluntary, and if you and your child would like to be part of the fun, please let Ms. Andrea know by Monday, September 9. This year's theme is Candyland!
