The start of the school year brings five new principals to Westminster Public Schools, all of whom have been part of the WPS family and bring a passion for helping the students in our community.

 

The elevation of these talented educators to principal positions is a part of the district’s philosophy of “Leadership at all Levels”.

 

Over the summer, the Communications Department sat down with four of the principals to find out what makes them tick and why they pursued a career in education. That’s in addition to the profile last spring of Lupita Acre when it was announced she would become principal at Sunset Ridge. Lupita spent time at Sunset Ridge getting to know the students and staff.
